SUGGESTED SCHEDULE
Week 1 - Take for 6 days and have one "Cheat Day"
Week 2 - Take for 5 days and have two "Cheat Days"
Alternate Weeks - Repeat this process alternating weeks
until you reach your goal.
Maintenance - Continue to take Diet Magic for
maintainable. Most people take 1/2 as much as they were during weight loss. Diet
Magic will help you keep your energy level up so you can continue you activity,
control your appetite and keep your metabolism working at it's peak!
TIPS: The "Cheat Days are to give your body a rest so you
don't build up a resistance to Diet Magic™ and assist in keeping your metabolism
from slowing down. Enjoy yourself, but eat healthy on your days off and be smart
about your choices.
